A PLACE

 

A place never felt so closer nor will. Not just a place, a city or a town but a life of many. Feels like the hometown to many and a blessing in disguise. The laughter of young hearts, the thrilling moments and the heart touching moments has it all captured in a nutshell. From the day to crying and going to school, to leaving behind the place like it never meant anything is just not a fact easily acceptable. The beaches, the mountains, all has it engraved. The laughter, the joy chiseled in the caves and echoing in the waves of sea.


The shooting stars, which seem to be just a glimpse of bright shine in the sky, leaving one to hope and pray for the good to come. The Christmas carols sung along in different languages, in different melodies and tones to just convey the love, the excitement of the oncoming festive seasons. 

The things around me that I once carelessly looked at and not bothered about much, now feels like all of it is mine and feels to have it for all my life eternally. Everything I look at, looks like bags of emotions that could burst at any second. 


Every moment will be rejoiced again in a different place but a piece of mine will still belong to the hometown that I once lived my entire childhood, grew up and created memories to look back at.




A part of me will still reminiscence the joy, the pleasure, the pain, the sorrow, just all of it; even when I am parted from it miles away, hoping to be back soon, just to see everything changed nonetheless keeping the essence of it evergreen and to welcome me again with full of heart and joy still
